Having worked as a doula since August of 2000, I have found my passion in educating women and their families about their options in pregnancy and childbirth.

 

I also teach childbirth education classes that are not just lectures and birth videos, but offer creative and unique approaches to childbirth preparation.  I strive to create a learning atmosphere that is fun and interesting for both the birthing woman and her birth partner.

 

As a Doula Trainer for CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association), I offer workshops for those interested in becoming a doula.
